Drawing from my past experience with traditional two-hour classes, I aim to offer extended sessions that blend Hatha, Vinyasa, and Restorative yoga, along with breathwork and meditation. While I understand that not everyone can commit to longer classes, my goal is to create a space for those who are able to dedicate time to a more extended practice. Whether you're looking to deepen your connection to mind and body or simply want to explore at your own pace, I'm here to guide you every step of the way.

My yoga practice focuses on integrating mindfulness with movement, guiding you to cultivate a deeper connection between body and mind. The benefits of mindfulness extend beyond the yoga mat—by staying present and aware during your practice, you can bring that same sense of clarity into your everyday life.

 

The body and mind are deeply interconnected: a tired mind can manifest in physical discomfort, just as physical ailments can affect mental well-being. Through mindful movement, I aim to help you find balance, relieve tension, and foster inner peace that lasts well beyond your practice.
