Service Description

In my typical class, we begin with an in-depth introduction to a specific yoga pose, focusing on how to safely perform it and address any limitations. This is followed by a grounding exercise that may involve free movement to help you centre yourself. We then proceed with warm-up exercises to prepare the body. Next, we'll engage in a dynamic Vinyasa sequence, including sun salutations, to build energy and flow. The class then transitions to a restorative segment, where you are encouraged to explore various poses at your own pace. We conclude with breathwork and meditation, which may include chanting and silent reflection, to deepen your practice and promote inner calm. This comprehensive approach is designed to enhance your understanding of yoga, support your physical and mental well-being, and help you cultivate mindfulness both on and off the mat. Cancellation Policy

I understand that life happens, and sometimes you may need to cancel a class. You can reschedule or cancel a yoga class through the website at least 12 hours before the scheduled time. This policy helps keep things organised and ensures space for other participants. Please note that if you are unable to cancel or reschedule a class at least 12 hours in advance, or if you do not show up, the full amount for the class will be charged.
